diana211993
Hey guys ! I've been having a problem with logging into the back office page. Actually when I type in the site + the ''wp-admin" thing I do indeed get the prestashop page from which I am supposed to sign in but the middle is all white and on the bottom there's a '' connection unsecured go to the secured version"( a sentence in blue on the top of the page). Now the problem is that when I click on it nothing happens ... the middle remains white. Apparently it has to deal with PPS protocol but I am not sure. Is there any way to solve this issue? vekia
connection unsecured go to the secured version this does not look like message from prestashop, this is exact message you see there? have you tried to clear browser cache?
primepiscis
Hi! After instalation, I cannot access Presta Shop's back office. After logging in this is what the screen looks like and I can't go past that (image attached). Immediately before this I've successfuly installed Presta Shop and could access every thing but I had to uninstall it (wanted to change admin folder) and after the new installation... nothing! Any ideas? Clearing cache and cookies didn't do the job even in different browsers. I thank you in advance.
