My Prestashop Website Keeps Timing Out, Connection Error And Has A Cache Error

Every few minutes my prestashop website disconnects, it takes long to load and says "connection timed out" or "page isn't working properly" ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE on Google Chrome.

 

I wonder if it is caused by this error

This is a cache error on one of my pages that shows a link to all categories to items sold in my online store.
