Product deatail ZOOM feature NOT WORKING

Im using prestashop v1.3 and for some reason when I click on a product and go to the details and hover over the product image the zoom feature doesn't work. The box pops up but no image is shown inside.

Please help with this problem. Prestashop is cool and all, but it has tooooo many errors/problems/glitches! The development team needs to tighten up. As web designer, to design AND develop a complex platform like this is really difficult.
