Linking Errors: MY Laerts & Loyal Points page INCOREECTLY LINKING to nav bar and footer links.

I'm having a problem with the my alerts and loyal page. When I login as a customer, in the alerts/loyal, when I click my navigation bar some of the links give an error that the page can't be found.

I'm using the "Top horizontal menu - Julien Breux Developpement" module for the nav bar. It has an option to add links and assign paths, but no matter what path I choose I keep getting that error that the page can be found (only on some pages).

Also, whenever Im logged in and within the myalerts/loyal page; the footer links do not work. I've tried a number of things, even using the {$base_dir} feature, but nothing works.

I would appreciate any help with this issue.
