Prestashop 1.7 no nation, saving impossible, front office

Hi,

Use prestashop 1.7

I'm trying to enter the address when they are logged in from the front office,

but will not let me add any nation,

only shows all the Italian provinces,

 

if I add the address from the back office everything works correctly,

 

how to solve?
