rhiandaniel
When I upload images to products they don't appear to be saving. Can someone tell me how/where I can check if the images have been uploaded? I am working on a Windows server - if this makes a difference.Thanks. mohsart
Are they of supported formats? (JPG, GIF, PNG), and not too big? When I try with a too big pic I tend to get a blank screen and no proper error message.../Mats
rhiandaniel
Thanks for reply - They are JPEG and around 100KB, so should be fine.Do you know where the images upload to? Is it img/tmp or img/p? Or somewhere else completely?I've checked folder permissions - all set to 777.
mohsart
I still would try with another format, and size. Not that I believe that it's the problem, but for testing.I don't know much about where the pictures go, if they go to multiple locations etc, sorry.Do you get any kind of error message, blank screen (like I did), or what do you see after you try to upload?A screenshot maybe?/Mats
rhiandaniel
I have tried JPG, GIF & PNG and various sizes - none appear to work. From what I've read the images *should* upload to img/tmp or img/p - but there's nothing there. I don't get an error message at all - in fact it says 'Update Successful'!Baffled!!! rhiandaniel
I get all of that - EXCEPT for the thumbnails! I don't get any images.

Tas
Check the error log on the apache server.. I had issues uploading images at one stage, and it turns out I was getting an out of memory error. I boosted up the allocated memory to php and problem was solved.Hope this helps
rhiandaniel
Hi Tas - I am using a Windows server - if that makes a difference. And there doesnt appear to be anything happening in the event log.
rhiandaniel
Fixed this - got the images uploading at least! Although they won't display on the website! Followed these instructions (plus restarted IIS) and product images now upload. http://www.prestashop.com/forums/viewthread/41163/configuring___using_prestashop/cannot_upload_images_when_running_iis/
