Adding files.

Thanks Centrobolsos,

When you say, "this default module" - do you mean this one on Github?  Or is there another default module for mail notifications?
I'm still extremely surprised (and disappointed) that this notification of new orders via email isn't in the core product)

It now errors when uploading the "module".

"This file does not seem to be a valid module zip"

Any ideas?  Thanks!

Adding files.

Thanks Centrobolsos,

I have tried that... but it errors when uploading the "module".

(see attached images)

I get the zip file (even the tar one) under "assets" on github.  I then uplaod it and Prestashop (1.7.6) says "Oops".

The reason says "1G is not a valid maximum size".

So I feel that this is a setting somewhere (PHP?) where it has been set to 1G instead of another value.. or perhaps that setting doesn't like "G".

Any ideas where this is set?  Prestashop file upload settings or something?

EDIT:  Just found these server settings from within Prestashop:

  • Server information
  • Server information Linux #1 SMP Thu Mar 26 08:20:27 EDT 2020 x86_64
  • Server software version: Apache
  • PHP version: 7.2.31
  • Memory limit: 1G
  • Max execution time: 1500
  • Upload Max File size: 1G

How do I change the setting.. (thinking out loud - probably in CPanel and then PHP settings..... )
I edited these options in PHP, but they haven't reflected in Prestashop.

Thanks for your help ! :D
