There are many cases to observe for a EU company: 1) EU Private --> PAYS VAT 2) EU Professional with VAT --> DON'T PAY VAT (if located in other country respect the seller) 3) EXTRA EU Private or Professional --> DON'T PAY VAT 4) (SAME country of the seller) EU Private & EU Professional with VAT --> PAY VAT Thanks to all Edited March 30, 2017 by Web Curator (see edit history) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
