Diana Hansen Posted March 28, 2017 Share Posted March 28, 2017 Hello folks, I have a customer who has placed 4 orders on my web shop. She has used the same payment method: Amazon Payments. The problem is that on 2 of the orders, her name doesn't appear on the order list. Therefore, if I try to send her a message or when the tracking number is added, the system generates an error because the customer name is missing. Please help. I am desperate.
