Can someone help me. I would like something kinda like contact me page some kind of forum when the  customers fill out all there information example there name and business name and stuff like that and than they would submit the forum and I can get them set up for wholesale?  I think that would be so much easier than just having them email me and than have to tell them to sign up as a customer that I will change them into a wholesale. Of course they can not get wholesale until I approve them than they would get a email says thank you for applying for wholesale here is where you go  insert urls and than they set up there own password and email. Thank you

Make your shop private and setup the contact me page. That would be the easiest solutions.
