In this file we have line:
{include file=$branche_tpl_path node=$child last='true'}


Where is the file: $branche_tpl_path?
Where i can find where generate category links.

That file will be themes/yourtheme/modules/blockcategories/category-tree-branch.tpl if it exists or modules/blockcategories/category-tree-branch.tpl if it doesn't.
