Add product to order already paid bt credit card?

Hi all,

 

I have a customer who has bought and paid for some products and now he wants to add more products to his order. Because he want's to get the products shipped together so that he doesn't need to pay for shipping twice.

 

Can I manually add another product and charge him for this?

Yes, you can edit order and add the products that you need but then the payment depends on your payment methods.

If it's not possible in the BackOffice use prestools suite (section order edit).

 

With amazon pay it's possible to charge a little bit more (but not much more) than ordered first, for credit card providers this may be allowed or not ...
