I had the following problem "Change the permissions of either "app/logs/" or "var/logs/" directory so that the web server can write into it." I did chmod 777 /var/log/. Help to solve the problem. Rhobur Posted December 17, 2017 Share Posted December 17, 2017 (edited) Alternatively, you just need to set up write permission for the app/logs directory within Prestashop install directory.
