Need to remove ID and CMS from URL

I am trying to get a really clean URL for my CMS pages. For this I am using the Advanced CMS module from silbersaiten.

 

https://oke-sigaret.nl/cms/esigaret-kopen

 

I would like it to be https://oke-sigaret.nl/esigaret-kopen

 

It should be possible, but I cant get it right

 

At first I was using Advanced URL from Vipcom, but they do not support third part CMS addons. Now I have installed the URL module from FME, but it does not do the trick either. It also broke my defaul CMS urls https://oke-sigaret.nl/index.php?controller=page-not-found

Backoffice->Settings->SEO&URL -> this should do the trick
