afrolillysale@gmail.
I am having trouble editing or adding product to the product page part of the default theme of 1.7 version. I keep getting error http 500. I tried in different browsers, all comes back the same; could it be a permission issue?
qikso
I am getting the same error message. HTTP 500 error whenever I go to: Improve, Modules, Modules & Services in admin backoffice. I reinstalled and still get the same error message no matter what browser I use. Unable to view modules or install new modules. Any suggestions anyone. franklinm
Getting the same thing, 1.7.1.0, new install, on 2 different dedicated servers, one running php7, the other php5, both NGINX. Cannot access modules, or products. Other links are working. No solution thus far. No it is not a cache issue. Webshop VTSSN
I had the same problem. Clear cache was the solution.
Inform-All
A problem i faced was the length of tags. And yet another problem that other people might face: If you deleted a language this does not delete the 'ps_product_lang' database table. This means if you have unvalid signs in any of these language for that product that you can't save them. (and this gives NO error) I already reported this bug in Prestashop's Forge. Hatka
Same problem here with the problem that I can not add all the items needed into the product. PrestaShop just stops saving and creating items. For example 9 diffrent colors from XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL, 3XL widths regular and long. I can not make them all because PrestaShop fails. Carlos uribu
The value of the PHP.ini setting "max_input_vars" must be increased to 12000 in order to be able to submit the product form.
