Adding a new field

I have, more or less, no idea if it's the right side of the forum to post this question.

Im gonna try.

 

I need to add an extra menu to my website but also adding a new field of description on my products page in the panel admin to manage this extra text.

 

I hope images will be a bit more clear than my writtent question.
