Error 500 en Multitienda

Amigos nuevamente acudo a este foro y ver si me pueden ayudar, resulta que actualice una tienda de version 1.5 a 1.6 y esta opera con multitienda, la URL principal funciona sin ningún problema pero la tienda interna de la multitienda al abrir la URL tira el siguiente error:

 

500 Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

He probado con varias opciones que dan online buscando en google pero nada me ha dado resultado.
