Stuck on Database Configuration

I know this has been posted several times before, but I've tried every fix I could find and nothing is working...

I'm hosting with Mochahost with this database configuration:

server: localhost
db_name: festival_dfd
db_user: festival_ben

I'm positive that the credentials are correct, but when I'm on step 3, clicking verify or next does nothing but show a loading bar at the top right corner. After that it just stops.

What am I doing wrong?

have asked your hosting company about location of database server? Some hosting company have a different database server location then localhost.

Yes, they told me localhost was correct.

And I also already have a site up that uses localhost to connect to my server. So it has to be a problem within the prestashop install.

If anyone knows what the problem could be, please let me know. It's urgent that I get a working install of prestashop running on my hosting account.
