ezedichi
Hello guys, I apologize for my English but I'll try to do my best. We have an e-commerce with Google Analytics integration and the data of all the orders was correctly tracked before we moved to a new hosting. Since then, we are able to track online visitors and all the behavioural data but e-commerce data tracking has stopped working. E-commerce tracking is enabled in Analytics and the urls have been modified, of course. The version of the Google Analytics module is the same in both shops. It is also the same Prestashop version so I don't understand why is this happening.I would really appreciate your help.Regards, Manuel García.PS: Our website is www.ezedichi.com
jetway
Hi, how did you install prestashop on the new server? Did you install a backup you had from your previous server or did you install a fresh new copy and then adjusted everything? ezedichi
Hi, how did you install prestashop on the new server? Hi Jetway, the new hosting team made a copy of the previous site (ftp and mysql) and 'paste' it in the new server. I think everything is ok with the migration but maybe there is same parameter not adjusted that I have not noticed. Thank you.
