Add phone field to client registry

I have a shop prestashop 1.7.0.4 in b2b mode and I need to additionally the fields: name, mail, company.
  The required field telephone number.
  Because the client I activate it later, and I have to contact him to verify that they are company and not individuals.

They could tell me in which files are located the fields of the registry of clients to add a field.
