Geimsdin Posted March 20, 2017 Share Posted March 20, 2017 Hi all, like in the title: my faceted search is showing on "home" products page but if I go to another category page I can see the products but no filtering options are available, "Filter by" title is showing and nothing more. You can enable and disable categories.I have configured my filters for all available categories, and within the subcategories I can only see one of the many filter characteristics i have enabled. Strange behavior. On the main category pages the filters work as expected. Just not in the subcategories.The visible filter is one which has no whitespaces between the words. I double check every products (63 products) in categories caracteristics, check if "and" or "or" was written into any value of caracteristics and none have it. I purchase a module instead of trying to keep the native module. They still have issue with version 3.X.X right now. Good things you've made with the bug report. @calleeja: If you have such products and categories, i've purchase a software which works really well with managin products, orders, categories, etc. Its called eMagicOne Prestashop Manager https://emagicone.com/products/solutions-for-prestashop/ If your only one using the admin panel, with this software its super easy to work with.
