subscribe product deduction

I have product subscription for some products, I want to show two different prices options in product page, (5% discount) with subscription, and Original price without subscription, I want to show these two different prices with radio button option, if customer choose subscription I should give 5% discount Otherwise without subscription How should I achieve this in Prestashop.
