Importing a database

Hey, I have a local install of Prestashop and was while trying to install a product rating module, I somehow broke parts of the backend. Now when I open the modules tab, it doesn't load any information on the page. It just displays the header and navigation.

So, due to that problem (which I'm unsure of how to fix), I tried to make a new install of Presta and import my old database for products... but I seem to be having trouble. I haven't found out how to "import it" exactly, but when I use phpMyAdmin I break the install, and the same happens when I change the database information in the backend.

Your Module tab become blank because of an error in the product rating module. It is not compatible with the latest version of PrestaShop. You can go to config/config.inc.php and temporarily change 'display_errors' from 'off' to 'on' so that you get an error message instead of a blank tab. Post the error message here.
