multi catalog and price

i want to make like some this

 

for example:

i have two customers and some products

i want to make two price catalog , catalog1(IT), and catalog2(GR)

this catalogs has different prices

i want to give the catalog1 to one customer and i want to give -5% discount for this catalog all products...

for example:

(catalog1(IT))  product: name1

                               --->price1

                                

(catalog2(GR))  product: name1

                               --->price2

                             

customer: customer1 with catalog1(GR), -5%

customer: customer2 with catalog2(IT), -5%

 

if i make this the customers has different discounts for catalogs, Catalog1 has -3%, -5%,......

How to make this?
