Change fields in the registration form for prestashop 1.7

Hello Sir !
i am using prestashop 1.7 and i have a problem regarding form field in registration form.

1. i want to make at least Social title checked by default

2. and second one is that to add phone no field extra in registration from.

so plz help me it's urgent

Adding new fields to customer registration form has to be done by using/creating a module for that.

Such a module will have to use at least the additionalCustomerFormFields hook for existing customer class fields and some other hooks if you need to add fields to the customer object.
