Rmartinez22 Posted March 16, 2017 Share Posted March 16, 2017 Hello Everyone, I'm currently running into a problem between Zendesk and Prestashop version 1.6.1.. Our Live chat and the "Contact us" forms all work great and can be viewed externally at Zendesk.com. However, when I view Order History, in a customer account, then click Add a Message. The message sent can only be viewed within Prestashop, and does not send it over to Zendesk. I'm wondering if this is something not featured or if anyone else has run into this problem. I might not be in the right spot on the forums, I'm fairly new so I apologize. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
