Problems with the Google Analytics API module

Hi,

I have installed the Google Analytics API v1.2.2 module on my Prestashop (1.6.1.11).

I use Version 3.0 with OAuth, 2.0 with:
Client-ID
Client Key
Profile

After i click on save and autentication Button - i get following messages:

 

in Green: Google API Authorization granted
in Red: Cannot retrieve test results

I search in the forums for an answer for my problem. A lot of people have the same problem but no solution is provided.

Do someone have a solution what is wrong with the module or why i get the error message?

Same problem here. Prestashop support is incompetent- this is 3 year old bug!

hi,

 

no solution for this problem!

 

i found two possibilities:

 

A ) use a google tag manager modul and over this you can integrate the google analytics tag

 

or

 

B ) dowload the old google analitics modul (not directly from prestashop backend - there is only the google analytics api modul available) - this is the correct modul link: https://addons.prestashop.com/de/analysen-statistiken/4168-ganalytics.html
