Problema al instalr cualquier modulo

Tengo este problema...

Cuando intalo cualquier modulo me sale este error,

Does tools/pear/PEAR.php exist on your server and have read permission?

exists in this route

 

/public_html/tienda/tools/pear_xml_parser/pear

 

i probe to copy the files and folders to that destination

Probe install module X and works
