[RESOLVED] $smarty-debugging left on in 1.3.1 upgrade?

In the upgrade, there is a line in order.php:

#$smarty->debugging = true;

Is it supposed to be there? I have had the smarty debugging console pop up on me a few times. when I thought it was turned off. It is commented out in my smarty.config.php:

//$smarty->debugging        = true;

Looks like it is a remnant of the installation of the One-Page Checkout module that we purchased.
I will remove the line because I don't want my customers getting a smarty debug console popping up when they are working on their order...;-)
