To fails about mailen on my shop

The shop is almost ready - just missing the last detail.

1st Error: When customers buy goods they receive NO mail at all. No confirmation, thank you for your purchase, etc. Nada .. How can it be? Am i missing some setting detail?

2nd error: When trying to contact us via the contact form it fails every time now. Initially it seemed fine. It brings me nothing. Will this error, which is nice (ironic) translated into Danish: "There is an error:
there was an error transfer size of the message "

Is there some clever people who can help me? Would I really appreciate.
