rocky Posted March 11, 2017 Share Posted March 11, 2017 From the error message, there is a missing email template in the Russian language. You can try going to Orders > Statuses and checking the email template for the "Awaiting Cash On Delivery validation" status. Make sure that template exists in the mails/ru directory. AlleyKat Posted February 22, 2019 Share Posted February 22, 2019 Had the same issue - after upgrade (PS 1.5 -> 1.6), I'd missed the translated mails. And the templates were (due to the missing files I'm guessing) not set correctly. Now fixed - just have to find out which ones needs new translations now. Thanks.
