Total paid from registration is greater than real

When I select an order, the "total paid from registration" is greater than the actual amount of money spent (11% more). I've searched through the forum, but I've found nothing.

Any help would be appreciated.

There is an update for this module (v3.11.3 ), you could try the new version.

 

But likely you have a defect in the rounding of prices.  Not sure what currency you are using, or what version of Prestshop, but this sure sounds like a rounding issue

Unfortunately my issue has not been solved yet. I have deleted all currencies but euro as I read surfing on this forum, but it's still the same (btw euro was the only active one).

I am using prestashop 1.6.1.7.

I've set ''conversion_rate" to 1.000000 (I've only one currency in my presta) in my Backoffice, and then I've execute an update query on db.
