Configuration Information Page Is Not Loaded

Hi,

 

I've just deleted all unnecessary modules, which most of them are not installed or enabled, but stay in the modules page. Is it somehow a cause of the configuration information page can't be loaded?

 

It is just a blank white page that keeps loading endlessly

Its a slow server combined with the inefficient way the stats are done on the page. The only real way to fix it is to set your timeout higher or to get a faster server.

Thanks for the reply. But it was completely fine before I removed all the modules that I don't use. Is it by chance connected in some ways?

 

Actually we are on a managed dedicated server. Thought it supposed to be better than a normal shared server.

 

I wanna clear the cache but kinda afraid that it might even get worse.

Another Prestashop Cache issue. It's working fine after I cleared the cache. It's taking quite a long time though...

The reason is the file stat they are using stats the cache too, so with a full cache it takes a long time to run on those files it does not need to run on.
