slider problem

i have a home slider installed that works good. only if i access the page from a diffrent country(via webproxy) i get some old template slider. as seen on the picture the upper slider is ok. i have to remove the one old from the bottom,,,

 

 

 

if i check the source code i have to remove this part of the code? So how to remove this?
