Minimum Purchase by Customer Group Module by Community Developer

I've paid and installed this on 1.6.1.4 Prestashop.  It has no documentation with it - you open the documentation and it has the heading and then an empty page so thought it'd just be simple to add values for what I want the minimum purchase amount to be.

 

I have four customer groups. One group I want the minimum order to be £100.  I add 100.00 into the box for that customer group, the rest I've tried leaving blank, putting 0 as they are no minimum order amounts, yet no matter what I do it just keeps coming up with an error and with no documentation I figured I should post here as to what I am supposed to be doing.

Why not contact the author of the module directly.  You paid for the module, they are obligated to provide you with support

I have done Bellini, I'd just looked on here to see if anyone else had the same problem and knew a quick solution first without having to wait for support.
