[SOLVED] Can't believe this

My upgrade isn't working like it should. www.presta.pcgro.com I just uploaded the new upgrade to the server and that's the problems I'm getting. I like presta and all but having problems like this from an upgrade is making me think of going else where.

Does anyone know why?

edit the file /config/config.inc.php and change

@ini_set('display_errors', 'off');

by

@ini_set('display_errors', 'on');

Like this an error message will appears, that will help us to find the solution

i am at the installation part of this upgrade but will not let me go further. States I need certain files to move forward. But when I upload these files with this 1.3 they are denied. My ftp client is up to date. I don't know what's going on with this.

When you want to copy, /mails/, /config/, /img/ ... from the old install to the 1.3 folder that doesn't work ? I'm sorry i'm not sure to understand
