[SOLVED] Front page meta title and description - PrestaShop 1.7

Hi,

 

I've recently installed PrestaShop 1.7 and I really like it. My shop seems to be well configured but I still have one problem to solve.

 

For all products and categories I've set up a custom meta title and description. For products it was available for me in SEO tab in Catalog -> Products on single product page and for categories in Catalog -> Categories on category page.

 

The question is how can I set up a meta title and description for my shop front page? For now it shows a shop name only but I'd like to expand it. I hope this setting is available somewhere in back-office so it's not necessary to buy any ad-don for such a basic thing.

Hi I am preparing to make site live with help of a friend, he is away on holidays, I am absolutely newbie to this. Using PS1.7.3.3.

I want page title to be different from page heading. At the moment in text editor only the body contents in there. The page header is calling from page Meta Title. How do I separate the page content header and page meta titles?

When  change the page meta title it also changes the page content header.  Also once I separate them, in text editor how do I add content header with thin horizontal line with bog bold header?

I am not sure if I have explain properly here, please see attached my screenshot.

Did you find an answer to this? Meta Title and Page Title are two very different things.
