strange erros while updating from 1.1 to 1.3.1

Hi there,

I got 2 main erros while trying to update

1 ) At the installing process, step 2 , i got this error : " # PHP settings (modify via your PHP admin software): Allowed to open external URLs presta "

I made a search in forum and i found that topic :

I replaced checkconfig.php with checkconfig.php from this topic.

This erros was solved, but there was a new error then :

There was module error at same page .modules were red.

– i write permisions on/modules to 777 , write 755 but didnt help.

Same issue was told here by another user

2 ) Duplicate rows.Rocky told that he will send email to the team.It means it is already a known issue so i thing i dont need to explain this problem.

I need your help .

i solved it but i dont know how.But please try to update after deleting htaccess ( of course back up first!)
