Lukenzo
Hi. I am using prestashop 1.6. I want to change categories block title css. I found it in file global.css and global.scss. When I change those two files and clear cache I still dont see any changes. Inspecting element shows that the css code is still not changed. Thanks! rocky
How do you have Advanced Parameters > Performance configured? Maybe try turning off all the caching options and then try refreshing your website to see if your changes take effect.
Guest
Try using a different browser. I do find with Chrome especailly it tends to remember stuff even when we tell it not to
Lukenzo
I dont understand. Today it works just fine Thank you for your help anyway. I just started using prestashop and I hope to become prestashop developer. I really like this cms so far. Maybe you have any advices how to make prestashop website faster on local vagrant server? What environment you use?
Lukenzo
what about thos scss files? Is there grunt or anything already configured for prestashop?
rocky
I can't find any sign of a Grunt configuration file in PrestaShop, so I guess you'll have to create it yourself.
Lukenzo
Thats what I thought of. What local environment you could suggest so prestashop wouldnt be so slow? 2gb of RAM and 2 processors seems to be not enough for virtualbox server
rocky
Are you using PHP 7.0? I find that is faster than PHP 5.x.
