Purchase authorization

Hello everyone,

i need to authorize a purchase, i mean when the buyier wants to acquire a product, the purchase has to be authotize first by an administrator, an then get a notification to the seller that a client wants to  buy some product and continue with the process normally. the purchase can't be made until the administrator authorize it, this is because the payment method is not online it is through a money transfer that the administrator has to validate first. anyone knows a module that i can use or do you think i have to make my own?

Why not use the bankwire module or cod module, which will allow the order to be placed without any real money exchange occurring.  Once you receive the order, you can send instructions for payment, and once payment is received, you can update the order status and process the order
