I.G.O.T.A.®
So we're trying to install the 1-Click Update. We're on ver1.6.1.4. When we go to do this it seems to install and shows on the server, but we can't find it in the back end of Prestashop. Also the number of our modules doesn't go up in number by one. Any ideas why? Thanks. Edited March 2, 2017 by I.G.O.T.A.® (see edit history)
shokinro
I guess One Click Update module is not installed, you can try to install that module. Try to search by keyword "autoupgrade" to see if you can find it. By the way, if you have any complicated 3rd party modules installed and also if you have any custom changes, it is not recommended to use One Click update. it is troublesome. musicmaster
Are you sure you don't have a filter on top of the module page that restricts which modules you see? It has puzzled me repeatedly.

Where would that be at? Don't remember doing anything of the sort.
shokinro
on the right side of the Module Search box, there should be a few drop down list. try to set filter and then search by "autoupgrade"
I.G.O.T.A.®
Tried that and still not showing. Like I said it shows server side, just not there. Confused on this one.

I.G.O.T.A.®
So we figured it out. Every time we tried to upload the module it kept coping over and over to the server. There were 7 instances on the server. Once we deleted all of them from the server and loaded it once it works. No clue what caused that one, lol Thanks for your time and help.
