Backoffice Login doesn't work

Hello there,

 

My hosting company did a server upgrade yesterday and since then I can't login to my backeoffice anymore. It accepts the login credentials but then I get a server message that this website is not available.

 

Prestashop Version is 1.6.1.4

 

MySQL-Version: 5.7.17

PHP-Version: 5.6.30

 

It must have something to do with the update because I haven't changed anything at my Prestashop.

But the hosting company says it must have to do with my shopsystem, the fault is not on their site.

I can't do anything, because I only have some root knowledge, but don't know at all how to solve this issue.
