Urbanbria
I have finally managed to figure out the use of the PS static media servers feature, but I was wondering if it is possible when adding a new product image (or and image), it is possible to automatically save them into the different media server folders rather than having to copy and then upload via ftp? Example: Save an image via admin CP, it saves to store/modules/themeconfigurator/img is it possible via admin CP to also have the same image save to store.mediaserver1/modules/themeconfigurator/img? Or do I have to keep making a manual copy of the image folder every time I update or upload a new image and copy it to the media server via ftp? Thanks in advance Edited March 1, 2017 by Urbanbria (see edit history)
bellini13
I think using a static media server, you would have to copy it You could look into using a CDN for your media server, which would then grab the content and cache it, which would avoid you having to copy it
Urbanbria
Thanks. I suspected that will be the case... I guess ftp it is then! ... and a wildcard SSL! Edited March 1, 2017 by Urbanbria (see edit history)
