monkeybus
Folks, I need your help. I have Prestashop 1.6.1.11, all installed, no problem. I am familiar with the back office. I have shared hosting that I access via cPanel. I have numerous addon domains in the same account. My Prestashop store is located in public_html/ps OK? So let's say my main domain is foo.com that's the one with public_html/ps And, let's say I have an addon domain, boo.com That is located at public_html/boo That one has no Prestashop. These addon domains are also subdomains, i.e. boo.foo.com So, I can create a new store, it accepts the domain www.boo.com, the physical URL /ps/ then it displays the final URL http://www.boo.com/ps/ Click save, all OK,but then the new store doesn't exist. I'm plainly doing something wrong, but what? Help, I have to get this site online ASAP. Thanks a lot, folks.
bellini13
All of the stores in the multi-store instance have to share the same document root. foo.com => /public_html/ps boo.com => /public_html/ps Alternatively, you can create the other domains (ie.. boo.com) as a domain alias (not sure what cpanel calls that). However the disadvantage of this is usually not being able to configure a dedicated IP address or an SSL cert.

If foo.com is my default store, what info should I input for boo.com? foo is www.foo.com/ps I'm sure of that much. Then I start getting confused.
