How to set a cart rule for 3rd item at 20% off?

Hi everyone!

 

I would like to set up a sales but I am not sure how and if possible to set it inside PrestaShop using the cart rule directly.

 

What I'm trying to set is: for every three items purchased, we will offer a 20% discount to the cheapest item within the three.

 

Is this even possible?
