Category tree import csv

Hi!

I try to import a category tree including id. I use an xml feed from a supplier and need to have the same category id as in the feed to import the products into the correct category. 
But the csv import dont bother about the id, after import the categories has numbers from 3 and up. Can this be fixed somehow

No, the category IDs 1 and 2 are reserved for the root category and home category. PrestaShop can't work properly without them. I think you'll need to use Excel to search-and-replace the column and change the IDs 1 and 2 in the supplier feed to a non-reserved ID.
