Error please help me

Hello,

 

I am a new user of Presta. I have strange problem. When i try to go on website i have a blank screen and error " Warning: require(/home/kielos6/ftp/../config/config.inc.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/kielos6/ftp/index.php on line 36

Very nice that you publish a huge amount of code that no one will read. But maybe it would help more if you published some relevant data: 

 - what Prestashop version do you use

 - did you properly install Prestashop?

 - did it work ok before?

 - if that config.inc.php file present?

Wrong installation you need to start of beginning download fresh copy and start again.
