new installed PS 1.7 , stuck on admin panel

hello guys.

  I just finished install PS 1.7.0.5  

  front side is ok , but the back side, for the first time , i assume it's "newbie" helper character , but no matter i click later or start , it doesn't respond , with it cover my admin panel , i can't do anything...

  could someone please tell me how to remove it ...?

The buttons work fine on my PrestaShop v1.7.0.5 test site and the popup disappears. I'm not sure why it isn't on yours. Can you check the development tools in your web browser for JavaScript errors?

Login the admin via www or without www and see if it works.

You can probably install the admin files again via ftp and it should work then.

thanks guys.

 

after use dev tool in chrome , i got bunch red line , something about my site is use https , but some content (the welcome help , that birdy character) i think , requires to use http.

 

so i temporarily disabled https , and was able to login.

 

also , if someone running into this problem and happen to read this post , delete 

/modules/welcome/

files and/or folder might be help , because i'm getting error about this as well , my best guess is this welcome module is that bird i have seen on first time login and stuck there ... but i didn't test this method
