Peepers
My company uses eprocessing as our payment gateway. We use the Authorize.net API AIM emulator on our prestashop site. For over a year this has worked just fine. However, recently it stopped working. I have looked everywhere and I can't pinpoint the issue. Here is what I have done so far: Checked the Shipping and Carriers - Both set up properly Checked zones and localization - Set up properly Checked my eprocessing login and key and made sure they matched the Auth API module - Matched Regenerated a key and reset it in the Authorize.net API module - Once again matches Checked the file browser authentication file for Auth - link is matched for eprocessing When I attempt to order something on my site. I enter my address login, accept the terms etc. but I receive the error No payment method is available for use at this time. Can someone please help me fix this? I have spent several hours on the phone with both eprocessing and authorize.net both were no help nor did they seem interested in helping. I've also emailed the module developer for the authorize.net API module. No response. Dh42
Does your site have an ssl certificate? The module requires one.
