Littlepants
I started having a problem with PayPal payments just over a week ago. There was no update button, and I cant remember which version it was. Customers were getting an error message. (see below) I couldn't solve this so decided to uninstall the module and re-install it. It was a completely new one - European PayPl or something like that - anyway the only one which was offered in the module. It was version 3.11. 1 I think. Anyway, I couldn't configure it. Went through all 3 stages correctly. I tried it over and over again, and spoke to PayPal to confirm I was getting it right. PP told me to clear cookies, and get some new API details, which I did, but to no avail. Every time I clicked 'save' it came back with an error message telling me to complete step 3, which I had already done. I was told at one stage by PayPal that others had encountered the same problem and found that reverting to an earlier module and configuring that before updating had worked. My web adviser found an earlier module 3.10.8, and installed that for me, but the same problem. I think I had been told that it started happening with 3.10.8. anyway, and certainly I am still having the same problem. But there is no earlier version offered on my 'modules' page. So can anyone tell me how I find and install an even earlier module? I'm running Prestashop 1.6.1.5 , and I've got enough to deal with sorting out the PP issue without risking updating the shop version ATM, unless someone comes back and says that will definitely resolve the problem.
